Denig Jewelers offers a variety of shipping and delivery options. We want to assure that you receive that special piece of jewelry in time for that special occasion.

If the initial size of your jewelry is wrong we will size your purchase one time at no cost regardless of when it was purchased. Please note some items are not sizeable.

Denig Jewelers offers full appraisal services. It is important to insure your fine jewelry against loss, but its value can increase over time as the value of diamonds and precious metals change. Denig’s will provide a free appraisal on items purchased from us every five years so you can keep your policy up to date. Average retail value: $75 per appraisal.

Items that are not purchased from us will have a $75.00 fee for the first piece; $50.00 for each additional piece.

We can guarantee our jewelry is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. We will replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
